Delete your StokeForm account
In the app (fastest)
- Open StokeForm and go to You, then Settings.
- Under Privacy and account, tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away, and the app erases its data on your phone.
Without the app
Email support@stokeform.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account: your name, email address, password or linked Google sign-in.
- Your sign-in sessions and notification tokens.
- Your cloud backup, if you turned it on: your profile, plan, workouts, food, water, weight, measurements, InBody records and check-ins stored on our server.
- When you delete in the app, the same fitness data stored on your phone is erased too. Uninstalling the app also erases it from that phone.
What may be kept for a short time
- Copies in our routine database backups, which expire within 30 days.
- Limited technical logs (request times and IP addresses) and crash reports without personal information, kept for a limited time for security and to fix faults.
You can also keep your account and only turn off cloud backup (Settings, then Cloud backup, then Turn off), which deletes the copy on our server. See the Privacy Policy for details.
